About us
Breidenbach + Blume GmbH is a family-owned business in the Bergisches Land region, established in 1987, manufacturing precision knives for industrial cutting applications. The product range includes circular knives, textile circular knives, roll shear knives with ejector rings, paper circular knives as well as lance knives and bars for textile machines. Production is carried out in tool steel, high-speed steel and stainless material; spacer rings are made from polyamide, Pertinax or steel. The roll shear knives are produced with tolerances of +/- 0.001 mm in thickness as well as a parallelism and flatness of 0.002 mm. In addition, the company offers special coatings for circular knives made of Perbunan and polyurethane, rubber-coated ejector rings as well as custom-made products according to customer drawings or samples. A regrinding service for all products completes the offering. The knives are used, among other things, in the textile, paper, rubber and metal industries as well as in mechanical engineering. The location is Wermelskirchen.
