About BREITNER Abfüllanlagen
BREITNER Abfüllanlagen GmbH is a medium-sized packaging machinery manufacturer headquartered in Schwäbisch Hall (Baden-Württemberg). Since 1961, the family-owned company has been developing and manufacturing custom filling and capping systems for liquid and paste-like products in rigid containers such as bottles and canisters. The portfolio includes bottle elevators, filling machines in several designs (linear combi machines, monoblock machines), capping machines as well as complete packaging systems and lines. Depending on the product, viscosity and fill volume, piston dosing for high-viscosity media, inductive and mass flow measurement for liquids, and peristaltic pumps for sterile or sensitive applications are used; the machines are CIP/SIP-capable. The industries covered are food, chemicals, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and household cleaners. In addition to design and manufacturing, BREITNER offers system installation, commissioning, production support, training, service and spare parts supply – including deliveries worldwide.

Dosing & Filling Technologies
Piston Dosing
Dosing piston technology with fully servo-driven control and regulation integration for high-viscosity products.
Inductive Flow Measurement
Contactless measurement method for conductive, aqueous, low-viscosity or lightly foaming products.
Mass Flow Measurement
Direct recording of product weight in the flow for exact fill quantities independent of temperature, viscosity or conductivity.
Peristaltic Pumps
For sterile or sensitive applications.
CIP/SIP Cleaning
Cleaning in place / sterilisation in place for hygienic design and easy cleanability.
