Sheet metal processing and enclosure technology as a full-service supplier

BRELI Metallverarbeitung GmbH is an owner-managed contract manufacturer of sheet metal parts, enclosure technology and complete assemblies headquartered in Breitungen, Thuringia. The company traces its origins to the firm Gebrüder Luck founded in 1880 in Trusetal and today manufactures using modern production processes: CNC punching and nibbling up to 3000x1250 mm, fiber laser cutting up to 3000x1500 mm, and CNC bending with bending lengths up to 3000 mm. Materials processed include steel, aluminum (also coil-coated or anodized), stainless steel, copper, brass, titanium, composite materials such as Alucobond, and PE plastic. The value chain covers, in addition to cutting, deburring, thread cutting, pressing-in, welding (TIG/MIG/MAG, spot and stud welding), assembly of component groups using riveting, screwing and bonding techniques, as well as surface finishing. Another pillar of the business is the manufacture of stainless steel commercial kitchen furniture. In-house CAD design with feasibility analysis rounds out the range of services.
