About Brennerei Henrich
Brennerei Henrich is a family distillery in Kriftel in the Main-Taunus district, originally founded as „Obsthof am Berg“. The company distils classic brandies from high-quality fruit as well as barrel-aged specialities, some of which mature in cognac casks, among others. Since 2008, gin and whisky have also been produced, including the award-winning gilors Single Malt Whisky. The range further includes liqueurs such as the chocolate-chili liqueur, house-produced rum from sugarcane molasses, traditional spirits, and pressed cider (Krifteler Äppelwoi) and juices from Kriftel fruit. The products are sold directly from the distillery via the company's own farm shop, mail order and the website. The offering also includes exclusive guided tours and tastings as well as a Straußwirtschaft (seasonal wine tavern) on the hill, where Hessian dishes and Flammkuchen are served from June to August.
