The value chain covers consulting, CAD planning and project engineering, installation, commissioning as well as maintenance and service including 24-hour standby coverage 365 days a year. Founded by Bretz and Hufer as an installation company for electrical switchgear in Frankfurt.

Cooperation with smoke extraction system manufacturer Dingfelder & Hadler; specialization in sales, installation and maintenance of smoke extraction systems.

Renamed Bretz & Hufer Gebäudesystemtechnik GmbH; acquired by Mr. Vogel and relocated to Frankfurt-Sossenheim.
