About BREUER
BREUER GmbH & Co. KG is an owner-managed mechanical engineering company based in Solingen that has been developing, manufacturing and assembling machines and complete lines for the surface processing of metal strip and sheet for around 70 years. The portfolio includes belt grinding machines, coil grinding and polishing lines, polishing machines with and without polishing paste, brushing machines and strip degreasing systems, complemented by accessories and periphery for complete lines. The surface finishes include, among others, SB finish, No. 3, No. 4, Cork finish, Duplo finish and hairline finish. Four brands are established under the BREUER umbrella brand: BREUER for wet grinding, brushing and polishing, DEMIS for heavy-duty lines for the dry processing of stainless steel sheet, BLOMBACH for grinding, motor, balancing and testing spindles, and AMNI for machines for processing abrasives. The extensive in-house machine fleet serves not only the company's own machine building but also contract manufacturing. Materials processed include stainless steel, hot-rolled stainless steel, titanium, special steels and molybdenum.

Polishing with rotating buffing rolls, with polishing paste or paste-free.
Brushing
Heavy-duty brushing under water cooling produces a polished pattern with roughness below Ra 0.8 µm.
Degreasing
Strip cleaning according to requirements for residual oil and dirt content.
