History
- 1848
Founder and master carpenter Josef Wilhelm Brinkmann opens the first business premises in the barn of an old half-timbered house.
- 1926
Grandson Josef Karl Brinkmann obtains the master craftsman title and takes over the management of the carpentry.
- 1952
The workshop is relocated by senior partner Hubert Brinkmann to Gelsenkirchen-Erle.
- 1986
Hubert Brinkmann jun. and Franz-Josef Brinkmann build the new production facility in Gelsenkirchen Buer-Bülse.
- 1998
The production rooms are expanded by approx. 200 m² of exhibition space, primarily for kitchens.
- 2017
Marius Brinkmann (engineer in wood technology) and Julia Brinkmann (M.A. in interior design) complete their vocational training and studies.
