About BritAS

BritAS Recycling-Anlagen GmbH was founded in 1993 and develops and manufactures at its Hanau site systems for filtration of plastic melts as well as machines for quality control of plastic products. The product portfolio includes the melt filtration systems ABMF-TH and ABMF PET-C for PET as well as the product series ABMF (automatic belt filters), CMF and DMF. In addition to development and manufacturing, BritAS offers acceptance testing at its own works and at the customer's site (FAT/SAT). The company is part of the NGA Group (Next Generation Analytics) with its sister companies NGA GmbH, COLLIN Lab & Pilot Solutions GmbH and COMELT GmbH, as well as locations in the USA, Singapore and India. Customers come from the plastics processing industry, recycling and research. In 2026, Kastner & Verstraten acquired the final 49% of NGA, so the group is now 100% in their hands.
