A family business in its second generation

Brobeil Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG is an owner-managed mechanical engineering company based in Heudorf in Upper Swabia. Founded in 1971, the family business manufactures special components to customer drawings in quantities of 1 to 10, in particular CNC-machined machine components and welded assemblies made of steel, including high-strength materials such as S690 and S960. A second pillar is the manufacture of moulds and formwork for the precast concrete industry, such as formwork for lift shafts, transformer stations or cisterns, made from highly wear-resistant steels. In plant engineering, complete systems are built up to ready-to-assemble trial runs, including design and project planning. CNC milling is performed on 4-axis machining centres with machining sizes up to 10,000 x 2,000 x 3,000 mm and workpiece weights up to 10,000 kg; programs are generated directly from DXF or STEP data. The company has been certified to ISO 9001 since 2005 and to DIN EN ISO 3834-2 since 2009.
