Quality

A 100 % final inspection including coating thickness measurement is performed; preparatory work, final inspection and packaging take place in separate, climate-controlled rooms. For Wagner AG, for example, a coating thickness of 70 µm ± 20 µm is maintained, with defined limit values for dust inclusions and without overcoating.
