About us
Brogli Zylinderschleifwerk GmbH in Windisch (Switzerland) is a specialised engine rebuilding business focusing on vintage and classic engines. The company machines cylinders by fine boring and honing, planes cylinder head sealing surfaces, fits new cylinder liners, renews valve seats and valve guides and performs conversions to lead-free operation. Crankshafts are ground, hardened and balanced on a CWT 5500 balancing machine for 1- to 12-cylinder engines. In addition, a Superflow 901 engine dynamometer is available for power measurements, carburettor tuning and running-in after overhauls, as well as the sale of spare parts (piston sets, bearing sets) and used engines. The company was founded in 1984 by Ernst Brogli and has been run since 2018 by Roger Brogli as managing director and owner.
