Brückmann Elektronik GmbH is a medium-sized family business founded in 1976 and based in Lahnau (Central Hesse). The company develops and manufactures electronic assemblies, switchgear and control systems – from the idea through the prototype to production readiness. The development department offers analog and digital circuit design, PCB design (Design for Manufacturing), FPGA design, embedded systems, application software and test concepts; it also provides support for redesigns, component discontinuations and certifications (EMC, environmental performance). In production, PCBs are populated with SMD and conventional technology, control cabinets and electrical devices are assembled, and cables, cable harnesses and hose packages are assembled including testing. The group of companies includes BE Kabel- und Schlauchpaketfertigung GmbH and BE Gerätebau Waldgirmes GmbH (since 2013 assembly and testing of electronic devices as well as complex switchgear and control systems), Brückmann Hard- und Software GmbH, and an after-sales service with testing and repairs. Customers come from the electronics industry as well as switchgear and control technology; delivery can be carried out by the company's own fleet of vehicles.
