About Brüning & Kaiser
Brüning & Kaiser Metallverarbeitung GmbH was founded in 1964 by Walter Brüning in Stemwede-Levern and is a family-run mid-sized metalworking company. From an original contract manufacturer with conventional machining and mass production of plastic injection-molded parts, it evolved into a solution provider in precision and special tool engineering. Its service portfolio includes tool, prototype and mold making (including bending and forming tools, cutting tools), casting patterns for foundries, jig and fixture construction (clamping, spreading, measuring, inspection, welding, machining and assembly fixtures), special machine construction, automation as well as complete machining from blank to finished part in single-part, small and special series. Production takes place on modern CNC machines, including 5-axis machining, combined turn-mill machining with bar feeder, die sinking and wire EDM, complemented by CAD/CAM design, assembly with functional acceptance testing and various surface treatments. Customers come from the automotive, animal feed, plastics and food industries, mechanical and tool engineering, as well as the chemical industry and foundries. The Stemwede-Levern site comprises more than 1200 square meters of production and office space.
