BRUKER-SPALECK is a company of the KERN-LIEBERS Group and specialises in the manufacture of custom flat wires and profile wires made of steel, copper, silver, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals. The value chain includes forming processes such as drawing, rolling, cutting and edge processing as well as heat treatment and finishing steps such as coating, painting, cleaning and polishing, complemented by engineering and logistics. The flat wires are produced on specially developed, high-performance production systems and monitored to the tightest tolerances with modern testing equipment. Fields of application include automotive, the springs industry, medical technology, the cable and textile industries as well as photovoltaics, including solar ribbons for photovoltaic modules. Production ranges from small lots to large-scale series at German sites in Baden-Württemberg and North Rhine-Westphalia as well as in the Shanghai region (China).
