Brulhart Atelier Mécanique Sàrl is a family-owned business founded in 1960 in Mannens in the canton of Fribourg, now manufacturing machinery and plants in its third generation. The company designs and produces stationary and mobile plants for gravel and sand pits, quarries, recycling centers and the processing of incinerator bottom ash, including roller conveyors, metal apron feeders, screens, hopper storage units as well as crushing and screening plants. The entire value chain – design, manufacturing and assembly – takes place in the company's own workshops of around 1000 m². Manufacturing processes include welding (MIG/MAG, TIG, MMA) in steel, stainless steel, aluminum and cast iron including hardfacing, CNC plasma and oxy-fuel cutting up to 100 mm sheet thickness, conventional machining of large components up to 2500 mm in length, as well as forming and cold bending of sheets and profiles up to 20 mm thick. In addition, the company offers maintenance, repairs, after-sales service, on-site assembly and rental of mobile crushing plants.
