Brummerhoop GmbH is a medium-sized, owner-managed company in its third generation, headquartered in Bremen. Under its own brand brummerhoop®, it offers a product range consisting of three product lines: highly insulated stainless steel drinking water tanks from 120 to 500 litres for hygienic hot water generation, universal heating controls and accessories, as well as calibrated heat meters, water meters and energy calculators with radio interfaces (wireless M-Bus, OMS). The control technology was previously sold under the manufacturer names AEG, Kromschröder and Elster. Materials used include stainless steel 1.4521 (AISI 444) for drinking water tanks, brass and spheroidal cast iron for flow sensors, and Neopor for the thermal insulation of heat pump tanks. Customers include the plumbing and HVAC trade, commercial customers, local and district heating, and operators of heat pump and solar systems; the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) is served. The company offers technical consulting, support during installation and commissioning, multilingual product documentation, and old appliance recycling with a free return label.
