About Bruno Weisser
Bruno Weisser GmbH & Co. KG is a family-owned company founded in 1922, now in its fourth generation and based in Neresheim (Baden-Württemberg). The company manufactures plastic components and assemblies for the automotive industry as a Tier-1 supplier, including for BMW and Porsche. Its range of services covers vacuum deep drawing (thermoforming) up to 2,500 x 1,250 mm with wall thicknesses from 1 to 14 mm, 5-axis CNC milling of plastics and GRP up to 3,000 x 1,500 mm from a quantity of 1 up to large-scale series, additive manufacturing as well as pressing and punching on a 4,400 kN hydraulic press. In addition, the company has its own mould, tool and prototype making in aluminium, wood, ureol and synthetic resin, CAD/CAM design, surface finishing (painting, film lamination, screen printing, ESD, cleanroom) as well as assembly with ultrasonic welding and JIT/JIS delivery. Around 102 employees work on approximately 14,000 m² of production floor space using ERP-supported, paperless processes.
