About BrunoBier
BrunoBier is a microbrewery in Lommiswil in the canton of Solothurn that has been producing hand-crafted specialty beers since 2005. The range includes standard beers as well as seasonal and specialty beers such as Helles Ale, Pale Ale, Amber, Schwarzbier (black beer), Porter and Sour Beer, brewed in changing recipes with different malts, hops and yeast varieties. Production covers brewing, bottling and storage of the beers on site. Since 2026, brewing has used its own malt made from Lommiswil brewing barley, grown by farmers from Lommiswil and malted at malticulture in Delémont; the brewing process is powered by solar energy. The beers are served at events and beer festivals in the Solothurn/Bern region and can also be collected directly from the farm by prior arrangement.
