About BRUSA Elektronik AG
BRUSA Elektronik AG is an internationally active technology company founded in 1985 by Josef Brusa, headquartered in Buchs (SG) with production in Sennwald. The company develops and produces electrical, electronic and mechatronic components and systems, including on-board chargers, DC/DC converters, e-powertrain kits, Dynamic Grid Solutions and inductive charging systems for automotive applications. The value chain extends from design and prototyping through series development to series production and after-sales support; production in Sennwald is designed for volumes of up to ten thousand units per year. Development capabilities include environmental testing and drive test benches with output power of up to 1000 kW. Customers come from the automotive and supply industries, including BMW (series production of inductive charging from 2018) and Porsche (HV booster technology for the Taycan); further fields of application are fuel cell and stationary applications. In addition to its headquarters, the company maintains locations in Munich and Shenzhen.
