BrushBoxx Crotti is a company founded in 2022 that specializes in the development, testing and production of technical brushes. The portfolio includes strip brushes and brush seals as well as individual custom solutions developed jointly with customers from the problem statement through to the finished product. Applications include sealing, cleaning, guiding and diverting. Key industries are data centers, agricultural machinery and wind power: in the data center field, brush seals close cable penetrations and openings, for example with the BrushLock standard solution developed for raised floors, thereby increasing energy efficiency. For agricultural machinery from attachments to combine harvesters, brush solutions are offered for greater efficiency and availability. New solutions are tested on simulated application test rigs before series production. Thanks to a high level of vertical integration, customer requirements can be implemented quickly and flexibly.
