About BRUVAL SA

BRUVAL SA is an engineering and manufacturing partner for steel mills and heavy industry, specialising in rolling mill rolls and critical mechanical components. The company manufactures continuous casting plant components, rolls, starter-bar chains, dummy heads, wear parts and crane wheels, and additionally offers reverse engineering, reconstruction, critical spare parts and engineered OEM alternatives. Manufacturing includes large-format CNC machining with turning lengths up to 16,000 mm and workpiece weights up to 200 t, CNC surface grinding up to 12,000 x 2,400 x 2,000 mm, welding including hard-facing, heat treatment with furnace loads of up to 80 t, as well as assembly and inspection of large workpieces. In addition, finite element analyses, strength calculations and product tests are performed. The main material is steel; customers come from steel mills, rolling mills, continuous casting plants, metallurgy and crane construction. As a global engineering and manufacturing group with five international sites and more than 150 employees, the head office is located in Geneva.
