About Bruynzeel
Bruynzeel Archiv & Bürosysteme GmbH is the German subsidiary of the Bruynzeel Storage Systems Group and distributes space-creating storage systems in Germany and Switzerland. The group manufactures mobile shelving systems (Compactus®), static racking systems (Sysco®), cabinets for artworks, archive and supply cabinets as well as art racks (ArteStore), predominantly from steel, partly with doors and interior fittings made of wood and glass. All shelf boards are 100% powder-coated to create smooth surfaces without sharp edges. The systems are manufactured to EN 1090, subjected to a quality control before delivery and installed on site by certified engineers. Fields of application include museums, archives, libraries, retail, healthcare, offices as well as vertical farming and smart storage. Projects include the Depot Boijmans Van Beuningen in Rotterdam with more than 150,000 artworks and the Cleveland Museum of Natural History. Climate-neutral in own operations since 2021 (Scope 1 & 2), with a Net Zero target for Scope 3 by 2035 at the latest. The German sales and service branch is located in Kleve; in Switzerland, Compactus & Bruynzeel AG based in Frauenfeld handles distribution.
