BS Bagger & Service GmbH i.L., headquartered in Viernheim, is a licensee of BEYER GmbH and offers products and services in the field of sand and gravel extraction. The product range includes land-based and floating bucket chain excavators as well as floating dredgers with rope or hydraulic grab in the boom, trestle frame, portal frame and tower frame designs. The excavators are used for wet extraction in standing waters with depths from 10 to over 100 meters and are equipped with PLC, GPS locating systems, depth sonar and operating data systems. In addition, spare parts for excavators from the manufacturers Beyer, Mohr und Federhaff, Ridinger and Rohr are supplied and installed, including mechanical and electrical components. The service portfolio includes repairs and refurbishment, maintenance contracts with recurring inspections, wall thickness measurements, valuations and expert appraisals. Extraction and Processing
Land-based bucket chain excavators (E2l, E3l, E4l)
Extraction capacities of 170 to 370 t/h at dredging depths up to 12 m (in exceptional cases 14 m) and a slope ratio of 1:3.
Floating bucket chain excavators (E1s, E2s, E3s)
Bucket volumes of 125 to 250 l and extraction capacities up to 550 t/h at dredging depths up to 21 m (in exceptional cases 24 m).
Floating dredger type boom (A 100, A 130, A 200)
For smaller to medium deposits, grab volumes of 3.0 to 6.0 m³ and dredging depths up to 45 m.
Floating dredger type trestle frame (B 140 to B 550)
For medium to large deposits, grab volumes up to 15.0 m³, dredging depths up to 100 m and conveying capacities up to 600 m³/h at 20 m.
Floating dredger type portal frame (P 140 to P 550)
Two parallel pontoons with portal frame, usable as barge-and-dredger units or for continuous transport via floating belt or pump.
Floating dredger type tower frame (T 240)
For medium sand and gravel deposits with grab volume 6.8 m³, dredging depth 80 m and 360 m³/h conveying capacity at 20 m.
Sand processing (spraying, pump and cyclone, sand dewatering screen)
Recovery and processing of the screen undersize for floating belt transport.
