Company
BS Bodensysteme Deutschland GmbH is a specialist company for industrial floors based in Leutenbach near Stuttgart. Its core competence is the production of floor tolerances to DIN 15185 Part 1, DIN EN 15620, TR 34 and the VDMA Guideline, both in new construction and in existing buildings, in particular for narrow-aisle and high-bay warehouses. To correct existing industrial floors, laser-controlled grinding machines (Laser-Grinder® and Laser-Grinder® XPT) as well as the BS-FloorLeveler are used; depending on the application, the work can be carried out while warehouse operations continue. The portfolio includes consulting, planning, execution, coordination of external specialists, joint repair by pressure grouting or JointStabilizer, chemical concrete densification, new construction of jointless reinforced concrete floor slabs, as well as surveys and expert opinions. Concrete, reinforced concrete, steel-fibre concrete, magnesia screed, coated industrial floors and lost steel formwork are processed. Reference customers come from logistics, automotive, pharmaceuticals and the food industry.

Materials and Processes
Concrete
Base material of the processed industrial floors, e.g. in laser-controlled grinding and chemical concrete densification.
Reinforced concrete
Material for jointless floor slabs in new construction as well as renovation of old floors.
Steel-fibre concrete
Floor construction in which joints are repaired and stabilised.
Magnesia screed
Surface material whose microstructure is ground with the BS-FloorLeveler.
Synthetic-resin and Megaplan coatings
Surface systems that are processed with the BS-FloorLeveler.
Cement (grouting material)
Injected beneath the floor slab during pressure grouting of joints.
Lost steel formwork (sinus profiles)
Traversed during laser-controlled grinding with individual profile depths up to 4 mm.
