About BS-Partikel
BS-Partikel GmbH was founded in 2001 in Mainz and manufactures particle-based products. The portfolio includes NIST-traceable size standards, particle count controls, multimodal and turbidity controls, as well as other particle products for quality control and calibration of particle analysis instruments. In addition to its standard product line, the company develops OEM product lines and supplies instrument controls for numerous manufacturers of particle analysis devices. Customers come from the pharmaceutical industry, diagnostics, the automotive and semiconductor industries, as well as from life sciences, biotechnology, research and teaching. In research projects such as EmiStop, SubµTrack and the development of biopolymers, BS-Partikel provides reference particles and contributes to the development of new analysis methods. The quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (initial certification in 2020 by TÜV Rheinland). BS-Partikel is today part of Applied Microspheres.
