About BSA Kunststofftechnik

BSA Kunststofftechnik GmbH is a family-run company in Gütersloh specializing in the processing and machining of transparent plastics. In its production halls, the company processes acrylic glass sheets and panels as well as blocks made of PMMA, polycarbonate, PET-G and other transparent plastics. Its range of services includes computer-controlled cutting, edge chamfering, edge polishing, surface treatments, CNC milling as well as bonding and the construction of molded parts. Another focus is on safety glazing, machine protection glazing for machine tools, specialty glazing such as boat glazing and aircraft glazing made of polycarbonate and acrylic glass. In addition, the company offers thermoforming, blow forming and annealing in its own ovens, as well as digital printing on plastic, metal, wood and glass with a print area of 2100 x 3200 mm and a media thickness of up to 110 mm. Production ranges from prototypes and custom-made products to single-piece and series production. For more than 20 years, BSA has been cooperating with the IWF (TU Berlin) and Fraunhofer IPK. The products are used, among other things, in machine tool construction, aviation, boat and automotive manufacturing, and in safety technology.
