System Integrator for Automation Technology
Founded in 1997 by Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Bernd Stoll and headquartered in Rosenfeld, the bs Gruppe is a system integrator for automation technology. The group consists of bsAutomatisierung GmbH and bsEngineering GmbH and realizes complete automation solutions from a single source: robot cells, loading and unloading cells, linear-axis gantries, bin-picking cells ("reach into the box"), special machinery such as the sortronIQ sorting machine, as well as retrofits and control system conversions. This is complemented by engineering services such as mechanical and electrical design with Eplan, PLC programming (Siemens, Beckhoff), robot and CNC/NC programming, and machine vision. Systems are built in the company's own production and assembly hall; functionality and operational reliability are tested in-house before delivery, followed by on-site commissioning and operator training. Components installed include robots from Fanuc, Kuka, ABB, Reis, Motoman, Adept and Epson, as well as controls from Siemens and Beckhoff. Customers come from the automotive, metal and plastics processing, electronics, environmental and solar technology, laser and medical technology, and mechanical engineering sectors; the group operates nationwide and internationally.
