About BSG-Sealings

BSG-Sealings GmbH, based in Hamminkeln (North Rhine-Westphalia), produces and distributes the permanently plastic sealing compound PAULSEAL for flat gaskets on metallic surfaces and joints. The black paste is solvent-free, non-curing, free of hazardous substance labeling and consists mainly of natural ingredients. PAULSEAL does not dry out or shrink, fills gaps up to 0.2 mm and can be used in a temperature range from -55 °C to +380 °C. Thanks to its good flow behavior, no cracking occurs under vibration, and the sealing compound can be removed with a damp cloth after assembly. It is filled into tubes (75 ml) and cartridges (310 ml); contract filling is carried out by CTA-GmbH under certified quality and environmental standards. Typical applications include engine and gearbox components, flanges, pipework, cylinder heads, oil pans, turbines and compressed air systems. The company offers product consulting, sample sets and dealer referrals, and relies wherever possible on green energy for production and offices as well as recycled aluminum composite packaging.
