BSR Bau AG is a Swiss family-owned group of companies headquartered in Nafels in the canton of Glarus. The company was founded in 2001 by Shaqir and Besim Rrahmanaj and builds on an initial business activity of the family that began in 1995 with two employees. In addition to the construction sector, the BSR Group includes a window construction business, real estate and property management, as well as the management of hotels and restaurants. The services include construction management, masonry work, planning and development, general contracting and construction management support; the group also sets up construction sites and carries out window installation. According to company statements, the group rents out buildings with up to 500–750 apartments per year. Since 2021, the third generation of the Rrahmanaj family has been active in the company.
