Founded in Salzburg in 1990, BSR idware GmbH is a system integration and service company for automatic identification (Auto-ID). The company plans and implements barcode and RFID solutions, produces pre-printed barcode labels using thermal transfer and direct thermal processes, and supplies hardware such as handheld scanners, mobile computers, label printers, fixed scanners, code verifiers and RFID components from manufacturers such as Zebra, Datalogic, CipherLab and Epson. In addition, BSR offers print tests, label layout creation, wireless LAN radio site surveys, on-site installation, helpdesk, repair and maintenance service (BSR TopCare) and remote support via augmented reality.
