About BAG Kehl

BSW Anlagenbau und Ausbildung GmbH (BAG Kehl) has been the training center of the BSW Group in Kehl on the Rhine since 1989. The company trains between 30 and 40 apprentices each year – for Badische Stahlwerke GmbH itself as well as for companies in the region, especially in metalworking professions. The training takes place on more than 2000 square meters of training space and includes project work for the BSW steel and rolling mill, including manufacturing orders in the company's own plant construction workshop in steel. In addition to dual training, BAG offers external training, further education and advanced training, courses and seminars, as well as internships. In cooperation with BSE, trainers for steel mills worldwide are also trained; cross-border training with a Euregio certificate and accompanying language learning programs complement the offering.
