About BT Nyloplast
BT Nyloplast is a European manufacturer of plastic moulded parts for non-pressure buried pipeline systems, with production facilities in Germany, the Netherlands and Hungary. The product range includes PVC-U, PE and PP fittings, inspection chamber bases and chamber connections, gullies, ventilation components, drainage and rainwater fittings as well as customised special moulded parts – in virtually all shapes and diameters, from small to extremely large. Production takes place by injection moulding on machines with clamping forces of 220 to 2100 t as well as by thermoforming; in addition, the company offers contract manufacturing for external projects. The materials used are PVC-U, PE-HD, PP and polystyrene, increasingly also recyclates such as 100 % recycled PP for the Axedo chamber bases. The products are aimed at civil engineering, the sewerage and drainage sector, road construction and the plumbing trade in many European countries. The company is part of DYKA Group, a division of Tessenderlo Group headquartered in Brussels, and employs around 200 staff at three European sites.

Founding of Nyloplast Europe B.V. in the Netherlands; pioneer of thermoforming technology for non-pressure buried pipeline systems.

Founding of BT Bautechnik Impex GmbH in Germany as a developer and supplier of PVC-U (PVC-KG) fittings; development into an injection moulder in the international sewerage market.

Founding of BTH Fitting Kft. in Hungary (Vadna); production of plastic moulded parts for sewer applications, inspection chambers, rodding fittings and chamber linings.
