About BTS

BTS GmbH & Co. KG is a commercial vehicle service provider and official DAF dealer with locations in Dortmund, Hamm, Essen and Frechen. The company offers new and used trucks, electric trucks as well as vans and operates its own workshops for maintenance and repair. The service portfolio includes truck service, van repair, trailer service, tyre service, ITS emergency breakdown service, parts and accessories sales with DAF and PACCAR genuine parts, maintenance and repair contracts, truck rental (PacLease), financing, vehicle purchase, truck wash as well as TÜV inspections. As a specialized DAF Coach and Bus Service Partner, buses and coaches are also serviced. Since 2018, all locations have been carrying out van work with specially installed vehicle lifts. BTS is part of the Dutch BAS Group, which has been active in the commercial vehicle business for decades, and serves customers from transport and logistics, freight forwarding, distribution traffic, bus and coach traffic as well as construction materials traffic.

Quality & Service

The workshops work with excellently trained mechanics and offer genuine parts from DAF and PACCAR. Services include TÜV inspections, tachograph, air conditioning and auxiliary heater repairs as well as warranty processing.
