BTW Plant Solutions is a division of BT-Systems GmbH based in Eggersdorf near Graz and plans, supplies and installs plant solutions for bulk solids and mineral technology. As general contractor, the company realizes complete plants, conversions and expansions – from 3D planning through manufacturing and structural steelwork (EN 1090-2) to electrical equipment, control and process control technology. The focus is on mixing plants for dry construction materials such as mortar, adhesives, filler compounds and plasters (drying, sieving, dosing, weighing, mixing, packaging, storage) as well as crushing, conveying and screening plants and sensor-based sorting systems (color camera, NIR, XRF) for minerals, ores and recycling materials such as waste glass. Reference projects include limestone, magnesite, quartz, talc and rock sorting as well as a glass powder production plant. Customers include companies in Finland, Greece, Slovakia and Austria; plants have been realized worldwide, including in the USA, China and Japan.
