As a certified Perkins distributor, BU Power Systems is responsible for the sales and after-sales service of Perkins diesel and gas engines. Its service portfolio includes engine sales including product consulting, conceptual design, prototype development, individual customer adaptations through Application Management, sourcing and training, as well as spare parts sales with original Perkins parts such as filters, injection systems, turbochargers and water pumps. BU Service offers maintenance, repair, reconditioning of individual components up to complete overhaul, exchange engines (over 200 available), warranty handling, remote diagnostics and field service. The corporate group is represented in the markets of Germany, Italy, Poland, Denmark, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, the Balkans and Serbia through legally independent companies under the BU Power Systems brand and serves customers in 18 European countries. Across Europe, around 200 employees and more than 7,000 m² of warehouse space for engines, generator sets and original parts are available. The headquarters with production and warehouse hall (over 6,000 m²) is located in Ibbenbüren; further German branches exist in Gelnhausen and Peißenberg.
