Bucher Blechtechnik AG in Wauwil is a contract manufacturer specialised in the production and processing of sheet metal, with experience since 1978. The company manufactures sheet metal parts and constructions individually to customer requirements – from laser cutting through bending, punching and forming to welding with a welding robot. The range of materials includes steel, stainless steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals; the flatbed laser processes formats up to 3 x 1.5 m at thicknesses up to 20 mm, and tube laser cutting is also available. Surface treatment is carried out by mass finishing as well as machine deburring and optical grinding. In addition to contract manufacturing for industry, construction and private customers, the company manufactures concrete formwork. The services are accompanied from consulting through to project implementation.
