Buchner Pulverbeschichtung und Metallbearbeitung is a family-owned company in Berngau (district of Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz) that has existed since 1975 and today employs twelve people. Its range of services includes powder coating in all common colors and textures, sandblasting with various blasting media, as well as chemical paint stripping and electroplated coating (nickel plating, zinc plating) in cooperation with partner companies. In chipless metalworking, the company manufactures sheet metal parts and assemblies using a CNC punching center, press brakes, spot welding, press-fitting of KVT parts and screen printing. In addition, special services such as prototype and sample construction, smallest batch runs, wheel rim refurbishment, and assembly manufacturing including final assembly and shipping are offered. Customers come from the automotive and electronics industries, medical and aerospace engineering, as well as fixture, machine and enclosure construction; the Berngau plant comprises production, surface technology and a logistics hall.
