About Büchel GmbH

Büchel GmbH Luftreinhaltung und Anlagenbau is a Swabian family-owned company based in Asselfingen that develops, manufactures and installs extraction and filter systems for dusts, gases, smoke, oil mist and emulsion mist. The product range includes electrostatic precipitators, dust separators, emulsion mist separators, single and central extraction systems, the patented FS 1200 flame arrestor as well as special solutions such as extraction tables, pre-separators for coolant recovery and machine enclosures. The company manufactures pipework up to 1350 mm diameter in-house and is therefore independent of supplier lead times. Its services include consulting, planning, installation, maintenance, repair and filter cleaning in a self-developed, fully automatic washing system in which around one thousand filter sets are kept in stock for customers. Its main customers come from metalworking, machine tool manufacturing and mechanical engineering. The QM system is certified to DIN EN 9001; in addition, the FS 1200 flame arrestor holds DMT and DGUV certificates.

Products & Processes

EF

Electrostatic precipitator (electrostatic filter)

Separates even ultrafine particles below 0.001 mm, e.g. oil and emulsion mist, oil smoke, plasticizers, plastic and soldering fumes.

SA

Dust separator (mechanical filters)

Mechanical filter media with compressed-air pulse cleaning for metal dusts, chips, soot, laser and plasma smoke, glass fibers and mineral dusts.

EN

Emulsion mist separator

Extracts oil mist, emulsion mist and smoke at machine tools in metalworking.

FS 1200

FS 1200 flame arrestor (patented)

Prevents flame flashback into the central extraction system in the event of a machine tool fire, without any electronics or sensors.

EAA

Single extraction systems

One- to four-stage electrostatic precipitator in recirculating air mode directly at the machine.

ZAA

Central extraction systems

Pipework-based extraction for machine groups with electrostatic filter systems and heat recovery.

SL

Special solutions in plant engineering

Individually designed extraction tables, gravity and pre-separators for coolant recovery, molded parts and machine enclosures.

FWA

Automatic filter washing system (self-developed)

Fully automatically cleans used filter elements; cleaned filters are reused.
