Bücker Trailer GmbH, based in Emsdetten in Westphalia, is established as a system supplier for horse trailers and manufactures its own CARELINER product family at the Emsdetten site in the S, M, L, XL and ALU versions. The core competence lies in plastics, with over 35 years of experience: the walls and rear flap of the trailers are made in GRP sandwich construction with a wood-free LONG-LIFE core, and the floor as an aluminium sandwich with a water-repellent core. The vehicles feature an aluminium-polyester chassis, a suspension with wheel impact damping, and LED lighting systems. Customization is provided via the Bücker PAINT-PICKER system with 17 trend colors in solid or two-tone paintwork. The company grants a 15-year warranty against rotting for floor panels, side walls, and rear flaps. Service and repair are provided through a network of specialized dealers.
