Bühler Alzenau GmbH operates a manufacturing and assembly center in Hasselroth that has specialized since 1983 in the production of high-quality components and the assembly of complex component groups. At its core is machining: highly precise turned and milled parts are produced on a modern machine park with state-of-the-art machining technologies – as individual parts and series parts in a wide variety of component sizes. All machinable non-ferrous metals, stainless steels and plastics are processed. In addition, component groups are picked, assembled and completed according to bills of materials and drawings, and surfaces are treated – from cleaning and vacuum-standard bake-out to blasting and cleaning processes, as well as silver plating, gold plating, electropolishing, anodizing, thermal coatings and painting. The portfolio is rounded out by special plant and special machinery construction as well as quality assurance with stationary and mobile 3D metrology. Customers come from vacuum coating technology, medical technology, analytical technology, food technology, automotive engineering and general mechanical engineering.
