About Bülacher Industrien
Bülacher Industrien is a working group / association of industrial companies in Bülach and the Zürcher Unterland region in Switzerland. The organisation was founded in 1958 under the name Arbeitsgemeinschaft Bülacher Industrien (AGB) and renamed Bülacher Industrien in 2004. It sees itself as a forum for its member companies to discuss industrial and business matters and to maintain relationships with industry, the population and the authorities. Bülacher Industrien is not itself a manufacturing company but a network: it organises joint events and training activities such as first-responder and company paramedic courses and carries out joint communication. From 1958 to 2003 a supplement appeared in the Neuen Bülacher Tagblatt, from 2004 the Bülacher Industrien Nachrichten (BIN), and from 2020 online and via newsletter. In 2026 the BIN was discontinued; communication has since taken place via the website and LinkedIn.
