About Bülte
Bülte is a third-generation family-owned company headquartered in Lüdinghausen (North Rhine-Westphalia) that develops and produces plastic fasteners and plastic-metal components: screws (threads M2 to M24), washers, nuts, spacers, cover caps, plugs, handles, levelling feet and other technical plastic parts. The standard range comprises more than 30,000 items; in addition, custom parts are developed to drawing — from consultation and initial/prototype samples through to toolmaking with in-house injection-moulding master moulds. Production is mainly by plastic injection moulding (2 to over 100 cavities per tool) as well as CNC turning, cutting-off, milling, stamping, waterjet cutting, overmoulding of metal inserts, dip coating and extrusion. Materials processed include thermoplastics such as polyamide 6.6, PE, PP, POM, PVDF, PTFE and PEEK as well as elastomers and sealing materials; metal inserts are made of steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminium and titanium. Customers come from industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical and pharmaceutical, electrical and electronics, mechanical engineering, the food industry and construction; Bülte supplies customers in over 130 countries from warehouses in Germany and France.
