Bürger GmbH & Co. KG is a family-owned company with over 90 years of tradition and a specialist in Swabian pasta. The range includes Maultaschen, Spätzle, Knöpfle, Gnocchi, Schupfnudeln, Ravioli, Flädle and semolina dumplings – classic with meat, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, protein-rich as well as in organic quality with regional ingredients. Production takes place at the headquarters in Ditzingen; in 2024 a logistics center with a refrigeration plant was opened in Crailsheim, the most expensive single investment in the company's history to date (around 57 million euros). The company relies on certified energy management according to DIN EN ISO 50001 and since 2022 has processed exclusively KAT-certified eggs from barn farming without chick culling. At both sites the company operates factory outlets and supports regional projects as well as food banks in southern Germany.
