About us
Bürgi-Infra-Grill und Küchenmaschinen AG develops, produces and distributes grill and kitchen appliances for gastronomy, hotels, butcher shops and catering. The product range includes the Bürgi Infra Grill with adjustable top and bottom heat and infrared heating (radiant heat up to 700 °C), electric rapid griddles with an in-house developed cast-iron grill plate, professional gas grill appliances made of stainless steel, slicing machines made of metal, as well as vacuum and sealing devices. The appliances are manufactured in the company's own factory building in Goldau and installed in new or existing commercial kitchens. In addition, the company plans and manufactures custom-built fitted kitchens and offers service and support as well as an online shop. The appliances have been sold worldwide since 1980. The company originated in 1966 with the first grill appliance by founder Josef Maria Bürgi, featuring a large cast-iron grill plate that enables grilling without fat, without sticking and without flavor transfer.
