About Büttel und Marx
Büttel und Marx GmbH, based in Dettingen an der Erms (Baden-Württemberg), develops and manufactures special machinery for the automation of industrial production processes. The portfolio includes assembly stations and rotary indexing machines, test and measuring stations, marking units, handling systems, WT transfer systems, jigs and fixtures as well as manual workstations. Typical tasks include fully automatic removal and processing of injection-molded parts, leak testing of housings, covers, air spring units and castings, as well as functional and end-of-line testing of switches, drives, sensors and circuit board modules. All machines are built entirely in-house: in addition to mechanical design, electrical installations and software components are developed by in-house specialists, including with Siemens S7/Profinet, Beckhoff EtherCAT, Fanuc robots and LabVIEW. The solutions comply with the EU Machinery Directive and common industrial standards. The main customer groups are the automotive and automotive supply industry, the electrical appliance and household appliance industry, the plastics and metal processing industries, mechanical engineering and medical technology.
