About buhl-paperform
buhl-paperform GmbH, based in Burbach (Siegerland), produces custom molded fiber packaging and fiber form parts made from recovered paper as a sustainable alternative to petroleum-based packaging materials such as Styrofoam. Founded in 1996, the family-owned company is one of the pioneers of molded fiber production in Germany and installed the first FineTec production line for molded fiber packaging there. Production is carried out using three manufacturing technologies (NormTec, PressTec and FineTec) as well as an Express range without tooling costs; around 4,100 tonnes of recovered paper are recycled annually. The single-material solutions made from up to 100 % recovered paper are recyclable and compostable and can be integrated into automated packing and logistics processes. The team of development engineers supports projects from requirements gathering through design to logistics support. Customers come from among others the automotive, sanitary, medical technology, electronics and food industries, including Brabantia and TECE.
