About BUHLMANN
The BUHLMANN Group, headquartered in Bremen, is a globally active trading house for steel pipes, pipe fittings and flanges as well as a full-service provider for piping and plant construction. Its stock range includes over 65,000 tonnes of steel at nine warehouse locations covering more than 130,000 m², to standards such as DIN, EN, ASTM, ASME and API. In addition to trading, the group offers prefabrication and installation of complete piping systems, CNC manufacturing of pipe fittings and flanges (AD W0), heat treatment, material testing, sandblasting and coating, as well as engineering services up to turnkey project management. The product range extends from carbon steel and alloyed boiler tube materials (P1–P92) through austenitic and duplex stainless steels to nickel-based alloys, titanium and zirconium. Core industries include power plant construction, chemicals, petrochemicals, oil & gas, offshore, shipbuilding and mechanical engineering. Quality & Certification
BUHLMANN performs material testing and material analyses, including hot tensile and impact tests as well as ultrasonic inspections, partly in cooperation with independent testing organizations. PowerGen brand boiler tubes are tested and accepted in accordance with VGB-R109 as well as EN 12952-2 and EN 13480-2.
