About BUK Group
BUK Group GmbH is a company specialised in plastic injection moulding with two sites in Eppingen (Baden-Württemberg) and Bohmte (Lower Saxony). The group manufactures technical plastic moulded parts and assemblies for large series in fully automated 24/7 operation on more than 65 Arburg injection moulding machines with clamping forces of 350 to 4,400 kN and shot weights of 0.1 to 1,500 g. The range of services includes consulting and development with feasibility studies, prototyping and simulation, design, in-house toolmaking including prototype, pre-series and production tools, tool relocation, injection moulding with insert parts (insert moulding), variant production using cassette technology, as well as assembly of components and finishing such as pad printing and plastic welding. Key focuses are metal substitution with high-performance plastics such as PEEK, PPA and PSU, as well as media-carrying systems for air, water and other media, some with drinking water approval. Materials processed include technical standard plastics (PA6, PA6.6, POM, PC, PBT, etc.), special grades and compounds, recyclates and highly filled materials with glass fibre contents of up to 50%. Customers come, among others, from the household appliances, automotive, electrical, sanitary and medical technology sectors. More than 130 employees manufacture and assemble at both sites, complemented by warehouse logistics and just-in-time delivery.

Quality
Quality assurance includes first article inspection in the in-house measuring room, in-process running checks during series production, end-of-line tests (including flow rate, burst pressure, leak tightness, spray angle, completeness, position) as well as optical and tactile measuring systems. A CAQ system records quality data in real time; gauges and test equipment are manufactured in-house.
