About Bunorm Maschinenbau
Bunorm Maschinenbau AG is a supplier to the mechanical engineering industry headquartered in Aarwangen (Switzerland) with production sites in Bleienbach and Neuenegg. The company machines machine parts from 100 mm to 18'000 mm in length on CNC machining centres, turns up to 2'000 mm in diameter and mills in turn-mill centres up to 6'000 mm in length with an accuracy of up to 0.0015 mm. In its own metalworking shop, welded constructions in steel and aluminium up to 20 t in weight are produced; machining is carried out in a climate-controlled environment at 20 °C on 10'500 m² of production floor space with 45 CNC machines. Components up to 60 t can be handled and assembled. In the engineering department, complete special machines including hydraulics, pneumatics and electronics are designed, manufactured, assembled and commissioned starting from the specification document; in-house products include hydraulic presses, tunnel working platforms and the tunnel assembly automaton. Customers include companies from the packaging industry, automation, energy technology, hydroelectric power plant technology and tunnel construction.
