About Burkhard Vertriebs GmbH

Burkhard Vertriebs GmbH, based in Kaufbeuren, develops, produces and distributes standard and custom spray heads made of stainless steel for CIP cleaning (Clean In Place) of tanks, vessels, containers and machines. Founded in 2011, the company is part of the BURKHARD GROUP, a corporate group founded in 1995 for industrial manufacturing processes with the areas of brazing, annealing, heat treatment, welding and spray head technology. Spray heads are 100 % produced in-house: from design according to customer specifications or CAD data through manufacturing to final inspection, complemented by 3D scanning to reproduce existing geometries, product testing on the company's own test bench and, on request, electropolishing. Production is carried out in materials such as 1.4404 (316L) and 1.4571 (316Ti) in nominal sizes DN8 to DN50, with polished surface finishes of Ra 0.2–0.3 µm. Customers come primarily from the food industry, pharmaceuticals, medical technology, biotechnology, vessel construction and mechanical and plant engineering; delivery is worldwide.
